This reverts commit e4adbb9469.
* Fix organization projects route properly
Reverted #3621 because it caused more bugs to be created, in the form of organizations with capital letters not showing any projects
* Update apps/labrinth/src/routes/v3/organizations.rs

Pre-requisites
Before you begin, ensure you have the following installed on your machine:
Setup
Follow these steps to set up your development environment:
pnpm install
pnpm web:dev
You should now have a development build of the web interface running with hot-reloading enabled. Any changes you make to the code will automatically refresh the browser.
